Spicy Tuna Sushi Rolls Recalled

Spicy tuna sushi has been recalled by the Cupertino, California-based Moon Marine USA Corporation after being linked to an salmonella outbreak in 20 states that has hospitalized 12 people. The highest concentration of cases (24) has been in New York State. According to the CDC, the cause of the problem is 58,828 pounds of frozen raw yellowfin tuna product labeled as Nakaochi Scrape, which is tuna backmeat that is scraped from the bones. The CDC advises consumers to make sure to check that your sushi does not come from Moon Marine USA. If in doubt, don't eat it.
