Think training for the Olympics involves eating nothing but egg whites and chicken? We asked athletes like Chad Hedrick and Debbie McCormick about their training diets, and were surprised to learn that most of them are on the "see food" diet: If they see it, they eat it.
But even though Olympic athletes can burn thousands of calories in just one day of training, that doesn't mean they aren't conscious of what they put into their bodies.
