No one is forcing you to wear a bra, but gravity is very unkind and clothing is designed with the idea of body parts being unaffected by gravity.

Consider a building with an inadequate foundation, and after 40 or so years of settling, the situation is analagous.

It is anyone choice either to wear or not to wear a bra.

My advice is to avoid the thin material blouses and top.

I am short-waisted and if I didn't wear a bra, would have no separation between the girls and the waist. Not a good look. If I didn't need a bra, I might skip it but I wouldn't be comfortable without one. Just to clarify, I wear a 30e or 30f depending on the style so my options are limited more than many.

It is imperative to wear a bra whether you are an A or a D. Going braless is nothing but unflattering and trashy. We know its uncomfortable. Some stores make "t shirt bras" or "saturday bras" which are supposed to be more comfy. If you're very flat chested, maybe you can get away with just petals covering your nipple area (depending on the shirt.)
