Exercise shoes?

There are now classes out there that are meant to be done in heels, but what do the experts say? I found this article on Yahoo and thought I'd share, especially since I know Chris is taking classes that are done in heels.

What do you think, are you going to exercise in heels or stick to the gym shoes?

I did exercise in heels once, but that was for a pole dancing fitness class - and even then only at the end of the class!
But I'll stick with gym shoes...New Balance suits me just fine. I'll save the heels for dressier occasions!
There was an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that had a couple of husbands running in high heels for a fundraising event--did anyone else see that?
Anyway, I'll stick to my made for the gym shoes, too. I've fallen enough just jogging in tennis shoes; I don't need any other hazards in my attempts to be healthy! :)
