Job interview attire help!

I am hoping to have a job interview this week and my question concerns dresses and hose and should I wear them or not? Does anyone wear pantyhose anymore? I am 40, and I feel silly not knowing this answer, however I just don't dress up often! I am hoping someone can help me as I want to look professional but not dated.
