Solution for low v-neck shirts

I have many shirts with low necklines. I would like to find something to pin inside my shirts, like a triangle-shaped piece of fabric, so they are not as revealing. I like the low shirts, but are a bit risque for work attire. Does anyone know where I can find something like this?

Have you tried a men's handkerchief, the white, dressy ones, folded in half, and pin to the height you want filled in? Another suggestion is to go to the fabric department of any store that has one and get either matching or contrasting fabric and make the triangle yourself, hemming the sides so they don't unravel, and you can pin those in, too.

why don't you wear a tank top underneath? there are lots of tank tops that have lace or something cute lining it, so it would be appropriate underneath your low-cut shirts.

I agree with the previous posters - a tank or pretty camisole would be a nice touch.
