Hi ladies!
Is anyone else here an "Ambush Makeover" junkie? ;) Yes, I must admit that's one TV show I seek out when I'm home during the day...what can I say, I enjoy watching a woman be coverted into a princess for a day - and always just in time for a major personal event that evening, of course. (LOL)
If you were ever "ambushed", would you go along with it? How and with whom would you celebrate that evening? Do tell! (Myself, I'm not entirely sure what I would want done...it would be a very intriguing choice.

I'd never heard of the show til you mentioned it - when I hit the *local listings* link on the site I found out why: it's afternoon t.v. here so watching the program & being a young professional aren't conducive to one another.
I do really like the programs What Not to Wear and How Do I Look - think they're both on The Learning Channel.
A colleague of mine once put others' style into perspective really well for me ~ I was grousing about articles of clothing that are designed for teeny-boppers (i.e. tween-teenagers who are growing into their adult bodies) beign sold at a price point & in sizes more appropriate for middleaged moms.
