I like that philosophy too!!! I could live by that one if that's the only philosophy I lived by.

I live by the philosophy that every once in a while, you've got to treat yourself to something indulgent. :smileywink: I don't know why they haven't built any in my state yet, but I sure hope they have plans in the works to do so soon! LOL

Not bad.

We got ours a few yrs ago. I've only been there 3 or 4 times since its opened. Its really good, but a wee bit on the pricy side, but if its something you don't do often, then its worth the little treat every now and then. I wonder why they don't have it where you live.

We've settled on December 18th. That's the first weekend both of us have free, unless something changes.

The Cheesecake Factory sounds like a great idea... and I'm envious! We don't have on yet in my state. If we did, I'd probably live there!

I love trying new things. When do you plan on shopping?

I was talking to another friend about GN and she thought why not the Cheesecake Factory since everyone has that date in mind for GsN and then we can stay get together and it won't be a total disappoint and I loved that idea!!!

I'm not sure where we'll eat yet, but it'll be some place we haven't tried yet. That's part of the fun of going ourselves; when we're with the family, they never want to try something new and she and I LOVE checking out new places.

Hope your friend's surgery and recovery goes well and your Girls' Night out is great! Having it after the holidays will give you all something special to look forward to and keep those post-holiday blues away!

Now that sounds like a fun day for the 2 of you. Where do you think you'll eat at?

I've postponed my Girl's Night out because one of my friends is having surgery on Tuesday and I want her to come and I'm not sure she will want to do it 10 days later. Plus I'm not sure what we will do, but with some planning and it'll be great. I hope to take lots of pics. I was going to do it Dec 17, but I think sometime in Jan would be better and it will be after the holidays and then no one would be outta town seeing family. I want it to be nice and memorialable in a good way. LOL!!!

Are they for work or pleasure?
