go from red to blonde!help!

HELP!ok i have like orangish hair?i guess you could say or you could say its blonde with lots of red tints in it??all i want for my hair is to be all blonde no red or orange in it!and i asked my mom to go to the salon to get it done and she said no because she said she already spent enough money on my hair ..so is there anything i could use to make at home for it to turn blonde!?i tried using chammoile tea and it did nothing!and then i tried using hydrogen peroxide lemon juice and warm water ..sprayed it in my hair and went outside(its in the middle of fall but there was a little sun)but it did nothing to my hair!it seemed like it just got darker?and i dont want to buy a kit because sometimes those can go all wrong and ruin your hair ..so does anyone know a homemade recipe dye that will work the first time i use it (and it will be effective)for me to dye my hair all blonde with no more reddish/orangish tints in it??!!oh yeh and i dont want my hair to be bright breach blonde but i just like light blonde and really blonde hair??!please help me!!as soon as possible someone reply telling me a homemade dye recipe i could use for my hair!!
