Sometimes we are on the run so much that going through a drive through to get something to eat is the easy way of satisfying hunger. However, while McDonald's, Burger King and other famous restruant chains are changing their menus to be more healthier, its still not the same as just plain out eating healthy.
So my question is...
How do you try to eat healthy?
How about when you go out to eat, and I mean at sit-down place, not one with a drive-through?
How about when you do go to the drive through, what do you get depending on where you go?
