That's a hard one to answer! I don't know that there is a magical way to find motivation. For me, and especially when I'm having a hard day and just want to throw in the towel, I remember WHY I am doing this. Why I am pushing myself. Why I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle. It isn't always easy, and there are days when I slip up more than I care to admit, but trying to remind myself of the why's seems to help.
I wish I knew the answer, but it's something I struggle with as well. I have a hard time getting in the time needed to really exercise between work, the kids, their sports, etc. It's frustrating!
