I totally agree with that, what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. I've learned the meaning of that this year. I hope we can meet up in person while you're here in the US. Its good you find things that make you smile again.
How are things different from this time last year? I'm going to a party, and I have a happier outlook this year than last year.

That would be awsome. You should also get a cell phone while your here as well, then you would a more local number. At least a US number.
Good idea. I know they just got a whole lot stricter on the flying thing since on Christmas day a terrorist was found on plan from Amsterdam...I think, to Detroit and he tried to blow the plane up, so they have bumped up their rules for flying. I would check and see what they are. Just thought I would give you a heads up about that.
I don't even watch the news any more for that reason alone. Its just so sad to hear what's going on. But I don't let it get me down though.
