Not very short. It will just be trimmed...layered and long around my shoulders.

Really? Is your mom's hair thick? I have my hair layered because it's so thick and curly. If I had my hair all one length (like yours)...gosh I would have so much hair!!! I think you know I love bangs so I also get my bangs trimmed.
