We've grown up seeing a lot of TV dads over the years... Ward Cleaver, Mike Brady, Cliff Huxtable, and Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor are just a few. Some were serious and thoughtful, others bumbling and awkard, but in the end, they were all pretty cool dads! Which TV dad would you like to have grown up with? (Your responses may be used in a future iVillage feature.)

My vote goes to Charles Ingales, from "Little House on the Prarie". He was honest, hard working and family oriented and instilled those values by example. But he still had a tender side that he didn't hesitate to show.

For me its Cliff Huxtable, and Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor. They both cared about their families, but Cliff was calm, cool and collected while Tim's family was collecting him from the ER! LOL!!!

Ward Cleaver. He represents the 1950's and early 60's.
