I really do take my hat off to you, Rita. Some people would just give up the ghost and let themselves be defeated. Aren't moms precious ?! They're there for you through thick and thin. I miss mine dreadfully.

You don't realize it until they're gone sometimes but your mom is really your best friend. I was lucky because I was aware of this and when we weren't actually together, I spoke to her twice a day on the phone... morning and night. Nothing prepared me though for her sudden heart attack. She'd had a heart conditon for as long as
