Problems after keratin treatment

Hi,

I got a keratin treatment almost 3 weeks ago.  My hair looked fabulous until about a week later when I noticed my hair was starting to get dry & frizzy again from my ears down, and super oily from my ears up to my crown (my hair is about 4"-5" below shoulder-length).  This is the 3rd keratin treatment I've had in the last 6+ years and the two previous treatments were totally fine.  The same stylist has been doing my hair for 15 years, so I don't know what the problem is.  I texted her and she said she would redo the back/long part of my hair for free, but I'm wondering if that will correct the problem.  I also don't understand why my hair is getting SOOOO greasy & oily at the top after one day of not being washed.  I literally have to wash it almost every day, otherwise it looks like it hasn't been washed in 2 weeks - no joke...it's embarassing.  I'm also not having any fallout, thank God.  Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I've not had a keratin treatment but can you use dry shampoo on your roots?

I sometimes use dry shampoo when I'm in a pinch (overslept and no time for a shower) but my hair is dark and that stuff shows up like baby powder in my hair, so I don't like to use it. I also haven't found one that works for more than a couple of hours.  By the end of the day (while I'm still in the office) my hair starts to look white AND greasy! :-(
