Is Gray the New Black?
Fri, 07-19-2013 - 9:10am

Just when we thought Rihanna had pushed every style and beauty limit under the sun, she managed to surprise us once more: By debuting a brand new gray hairstyle on her Instagram.

“New color ice grey ish, call it #Brr,” she wrote on the first shot of her new locks, which appeared to be an allover ash-gray color plus some matching extensions.

Kelly Osbourne did the same thing about a year ago.  What do you think of the gray hair (on purpose!) trend? Is it something you would consider trying?

I don't care for it and seriously doubt I would try it. I think it looks so weird.

Well I'm old enough that I could have gray hair if I would just stop dyeing it, but I won't.  For middle aged women, it would just make me look older and who wants that?  Although there are some women who look great if their hair is all gray or white.  I can't imagine any of the young women I know who aren't celebs doing this.

A definite no.  I have enough natural ones I faithfully dye.

Eek. I am not a fan of this trend at all.  Funny, when Kelly Osbourne was wearing this color, it looked almost purplish.  I don't think it is a flattering look at all on younger people.  I cover my gray hair- no chance I'd be sporting gray hair on purpose!
