HELP!!

I had complications from bariatric surgery and ended up in a coma for 2 weeks. When I woke up my nails were in bad shape, and some of them now curl under. They still grow quickly, and are hard, but I want them to grow right, again. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance.

My goodness, Pat, I had no idea. My first guess is that your body went through a traumatic change and thus your nails suffered. Give your nails time. File and trim as needed. Protect your nails with a nice clear topcoat. This might take time but I think

Sometimes when nails curl, it is because they are dry.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have some olive oil for nails, and OPI nail care, I need to remember to use them more often. I never thought of them as being dry, but you could be right.
