Oh wow, that's kinda of high, but I think its been higher here before.
Today I had heart racing at work!!! Which is something that's never happened at work, but it quit just under 2 hrs later. I think it was because of the heat. I hate summer. :
Oh Rita, how scary for you. Do you take medication for it? Are you feeling better today? Gosh, I worry about you!!
Well, today I go to my physical therapy. I get kind of rushed before I leave so I don't have time to go to your board on the days I have therapy. I'll get to your board when I get back. But, Tuesday I did more lifting and worked with my arms. I got pretty sore on Tuesday, yesterday I was still sore!! Last night when I went to bed my left bicep was hurting so bad...like it's cramping! Oh Lordy, I can't barely extend it. I guess I lifted too much on Tuesday so who knows what the trainer will say about this. I won't be able to lift weights today!! And tomorrow I take Taz back to the doctor. She still needs to get her rabies and other vaccinations.
I've been going to bed (and sleep) about 12:00 or 12:30 which is pretty good compared to 1:30 LOL!!! Take care of yourself!!! ;-)
Nope actually I didn't take any of my vitamins when it stopped, plus I didn't have them with me. But its something that doesn't happen all the time either. But once it stops, I'm grat and get go back to do what I was doing before it started.
Well sorry that your arm hurts now. How did you do in therapy today?
I went to Wal Mart this afternoon and I've been working in my room for a little while, which has been fun. Tomorrow I might go to the book store for a little while, but I'm not sure what time of day though.
It's 7:15 on Friday night. You've just arrived home after working late, and your date is due to ring the doorbell in 15 minutes. After canvassing your closet and emptying out all your drawers, you discover you have absolutely nothing to wear and all of your stockings have runs in them. Plus, you need to feed the dog, you owe your best friend a phone call, and there's a credit card payment on your desk, waiting to be mailed. Ding dong. Welcome to the world of the modern, independent woman on her seemingly never-ending quest to have it all. Between career goals, friends and family, financial obligations, and love interests, it can be a dizzying ride. But luckily, magazine writer Anna Johnson has come along to keep it all from spinning out of control with her sassy, useful book Three Black Skirts: All You Need to Survive. Three Black Skirts isn't exactly a self-help book; Johnson doesn't claim to have all the answers. (She even admits early on that she doesn't have the recommended three black skirts -- only two.) Instead, this book functions more as a companion guide to your own life. Use it like a travel guidebook: Take it along to point you in the right direction but feel free to stray from its pages. Without being patronizing or overbearing, Johnson shares her thoughts on everything from money management (be wary of too much debt) to emotional management (make sure to carve out some time for yourself). Her tips on time management will help even those of us who are chaotically busy or hopelessly disorganized. She also helps to untangle those complicated interpersonal relationships with friends, mothers, bosses, and exes and, of course, she demonstrates just how to be calm, cool, and collected around the gentlemen, whether on a first date or a first wedding anniversary. But Three Black Skirts isn't just for the Bridget Joneses among us; this book is relevant for women of all ages and lifestyles. Johnson offers sage advice for corporate ladder climbers, home buyers, world travelers, moms, and philanthropists with equal ease and assurance. In the chapters on personal style, she provides a changing set of fashion tips for women as they progress through the decades, from their 20s to their 50s. Although she does not claim these are hard and fast rules, Johnson's pointers would make a sensible foundation for any wardrobe. In fact, Johnson never claims that her suggestions are unbendable truths; she merely offers advice that the reader may or may not choose to take. After reading Three Black Skirts, however, you'll be prepared for virtually anything.
So what are you waiting for? Answer the door!

It's the real thing. It's about getting your life together. It's about looking damn fine. It's about man handling. It's about the casa question. About solitude. About stain removal. Whether you're a young woman just out of school and starting a career or a harriedly successful thirty-something, if you're still wasting time looking for stockings that match or struggling to keep on top of credit card bills, you need help. And not a glossy monthly's unattainable idea of help, but the stuff that works-the nuts and bolts. Anna Johnson's Three Black Skirts is the book that delivers. In a voice that's knowing, smart, hip and funny-and with the author's own retro illustrations to match-Ms. Johnson cuts right to the core of the chaos that passes for life today and shows how to find order, balance, fulfillment. She covers it all: health, dating, career moves, finances, entertaining, body image, sex, and, of course, the indispensability of owning three black skirts. She offers the twenty basics for money management, and three keys for shopaholics to gain control over their passion. A workshop to build better food habits. Ten ways to get to sleep. Dress codes to the major cities. A Schmoozer's Guide to Compliments. Principles of Modern Courtship. And everything in between, from an extensive stain removal chart to eleven ideas for reawakening your spiritual life.

I feel the same way and then you can try the clothes on if that's what you're buying and you know everything works etc, etc!
You asked what gas prices are here? When I drove to my therapy I filled up my car (which takes Premium). The cost: $3.28

This afternoon I am taking Taz to the Vet to get her required vaccinations. Tonight we are playing poker/cards.
The cards kinda sound like fun. Tonight I'm reading Three Black Skirts by Anna Johnson. I love that book.
