That's going to be an ongoing joke. Hey, I understand. There are at least 3 books I haven't finished. Sigh, when will I have the time? LOL!!! I always say "tonight I will finish one of those books"...and then I end up watching a dvd or something on tv!! ;-)

Do you often have time to read at work? That would be a great way to pass the time. The last aquarium I think I visited was in Seattle. It was really nice! That must have been

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. It just depends on how busy

Were you busy yesterday at work? Yesterday I was so tired. I think it was the heat. I took a nice nap and the dogs behaved this time!!

Today I did good at physical therapy. I am now lifting 88 pounds on my back. The goal is 100 and at that point I will be released!!

A little bit. When asked me how to get the zoo, I told them to go throw town and the longest way because I couldn't remember which exit to get off at on the highway! And then I got to tell about some nice places to eat. I had fun.

Yesterday I went to the book store. I got some tea and then I came home and took a nap. I don't have any plans today. A nice long shower sounds really good right.

Poker tonight?

What kind of tea did you get?

Nope, we're not playing poker tonight. Me and dh are kind of miffed at some of our friends. This is the second Friday in a row that one of the couples is supposed to call everyone to remind us to come to their house. It's their turn...yet they don't call that they can't make it. I guess they think all of us can read their minds. Well, my friend (who is the mother of the son) ends up calling for them. This time I told my friend that it would be nice and considerate if someone would call us and let us know we're not playing because of other plans. It turns out their entire family is getting together since my friend's other son is getting married in 3 weeks and they need to iron out the details.

Can you believe they're getting married on Sptember 8th OUTSIDE (it might still be hot)?? Oh man, I'm going to roast if it's still hot then....but she did say they would have chairs. How many I don't know!

That's not very nice of them do that all. I hate it when some people do that to me and just blow me off like its no big deal or something.

Maybe it'll be cooler when the time comes. What time of day is the wedding?

Yeah, I hate when people are inconsiderate. And when I had my back problems I always made a point of calling and letting everyone know that I would not come or that I didn't feel comfortable sitting too long.

The time of the wedding I think is at 3:00 or 4:00 but I'm hoping they'll change it to 6:00 because after the ceremony we'll all go to the church hall for the reception. Well, duh...we have church at 5:00 p.m. so we would have to wait until church is over (6PM). They didn't plan this very well.
