Thanks! I kind of look like crap since I havent been worried about make-up while sitting here in the hospital and the lack of sleep has taken a toll on me (YIKES) but I do like the cut.

I like your hair color! But if you were to do a change I would do highlights. My eye glasses are Donna Karan and I love them. I got them at Lenscrafters. They're black with a ribbon of color (burgundy and cream) on the side.

Hi cl,

I began a nail treatment 3 weeks ago by Trind. I have never cared for my nails in the past and in fact, until two years ago, I chewed my nails and they were of no concern to me. Now that I'm in my fifties, I would really love to have beautiful, healthy nails.

After 3 weeks of the treatment, 60% of my nails seem to be healthy but there are a few that are not. One in particular, my wedding band finger, I have all but given up on. On the far left of this nail, it constantly grows out with a split - crack. Just as soon as any nail begins to grow past the meat, "crack - split". I've tried spotting some fingernail glue, nail polish, the only thing I haven't tried is artificial tips. Unless someone can recommend a different plan, I think I will try this next.

It's really just this one nail that's giving me fits. Any advice? I would love to find the magic pill.

BTW, I have added nail fortifying vitamins and use hand cream several times a day.

Thanks in advance.

That sounds like like great advice. Just one dumb question; will applying the oil over a nail with polish be effective or do I use the oil on a clean nail?

Thanks in advance.

No, it won't be effective because the oil will not be applied to your bare nail. You should apply the oil before you apply your nail polish. Then work it
