You already know about the groundhog incident, lol. Aside from that, Saturday was spent out at Costco and other little stores buying stuff for the big 4th party we're having. I will say though, while we were at Costco, the girl loading our cart told me she loves my nails! LOL They aren't anything special, just the Essie Grenadine color. And they are shorties since I cut them the middle of last week. But hey, I'll take it where I can get it. :) I did do some weeding yesterday. Got all the weeds out of the front flower beds. And yay, I wore gloves! :)The new appliances sound wonderful. We're nearing the need here. Everything was about 2-3 years old when we moved in, so it's been 7 years now. My oven was fixed about 3 Thanksgivings ago and the guy that did it told me it's in great condition (uh, probably because I don't use it that often?! lol). So now I'm holding my breath on the fridge and the dishwasher. :)
I'll be doing a mani and pedi here later this week for the party. I wanted to do strawberries or watermelons, but I'm thinking with all the cleaning and cooking, I'm better off just going plain with a nice color (yet to be decided, lol). I absolutely adore the True Blue Spa Just a Minute 60 second manicure scrub stuff. The smell is awesome and it makes my hands so smooth. And then I use the Look Ma, New Hands cream. That is the best stuff on earth. :) My feet really need a profess. pedi, but it will have to wait. My hair gets done Friday, so no time for the tootsies to get special treatment. :)
I hope that groundhog and rabbit are at peace now ;-)
That's great you got some compliments on your nails (short or not)!! And I'm patting you on the back for using gloves this weekend. Every little bit of help works.
The refrig and stove we had were 25 years old! I know we bought them
Oh darn - I thought you were going to tell me that you had painted your nails red white and blue - LOL!
Tell us how you like the Aveda cuticle
