My nails have a tendency to split, and the top or bottom peels off. It can happen when i bump my nail into something, or just whenever. I've noticed that you all recommend nailtek and solar oil, however, I don't live in north america and can't get these products. Are there any products around you could recommend that are by more commonly known brands, like the ones you find in drugstores?

thanks

Hi miika! And WeLcOmE to the Get Beautiful Nails board!

You might want to try Sally Hansen products. I know that there are a lot of ladies who use and like her products. I have not used them personally, so I can't give you any real insight.

Have you tried to contact Nail Tek and Creative Nail Design? I know they have distributors worldwide. I would think you could get their product somewhere local.

Let me know your thoughts... And again, Welcome!

Thank you for the tip. I'm going to look at the nailtek and creative nail design websites again and see what I can come up with. I have friends in Canada who could technically order or buy something for me, it's just always a bit of a hassle ;-) (my fiance is canadian, so I do get to visit canada occasionally)

but I'll see about sally hansen products

thanks again

Hi Miika

I've been through the Sally Hansen range and although they worked for a max of 2 months my usual nail probs always came back, thankfully for me I was told about lunatips, its a natural way of looking after your nails and its free, i am now the proud owner of long strong nails which i have had for some 18 months now, something i thought i never would be.

Good Luck

Lunachick
