Libraries fight ACLU over online porn

Does your library allow adults to access porn online? Guess I'm niave, but I just assumed things like this were blocked in all public libraries! Maybe it's just cause we're a small town, but porn is blocked in the library here!
The American Civil Liberties Union is suing a Washington state library district for not offering access to online porn! http://usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/02/03/10309475-aclu-sues-library-for-not-offering-online-porn

I used to work at my local library and porn was blocked as much as it could be. Some people still managed to view it (and print it!) and if they got caught their library privileges were revoked.
I just don't think it is appropriate to allow porn in libraries. Many times I was the one that had to go close the screens after someone had been viewing it. What if a child had come along right after someone had been browsing porn? Viewing porn should not be a public priviledge. If someone wants to look at porn, they need to pay for private access in their own homes.
Children's library cards don't even allow them the option of signing up to use an adult computer so their internet browsing on kid only computers is automatically filtered.
