I finished "Act of Valor" last night, which was a lot better than I thought it would be.

I'm going to start Muffins & Mayhem by Suzanne Beecher. I think that it's a book I can dip into when I have time.

Alternating between "Lots of Candles, Plenty of Cake" and "Mockingjay" (that one I keep in the bathroom, LOL).

Today I finished Esperanza's Box of Saints and absolutely loved it. I'm not sure what I'll read next since none of my hold requests have arrived at the library yet. I think I'll just roam the shelves until I find something.

This week I've read/ finished Alpha & Omega: Call to the Hunt by Patricia Briggs it's a combination of her three novels and a short story about Charles & Anna who are Alpha & Omega of werewolves, including the newest novel Fair Game.

I finished Millennium by John Varley, an excellent time-travel novel, and one of the best novels I've read by this author.

Now I'm reading A Large Harmonium by Sue Sorensen, a Winnipeg author, a satire/commentary on academic and family life. Very good so far.
