I hope everyone in the path of the mega-storm Sandy stays safe and has power! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Please check in if/when you can so we know you're safe, and let us know how the storm is affecting you.

I am in central NY, waiting for the weather to get worse. I was expecting to wake up to some nasty weather, and no power. So far that has not happened here. It is starting to get pretty windy out there. There is a warning in our area that the power could be knocked out. But I am all prepared for it.

Thank you. We are good here. We did get some pretty nasty wind for a bit, but besides that everything is fine here. I am so thankful that we didn't get hit hard like other people. Praying for all those without power.
