Happy Birthday Ben! Hope he had a fun birthday. Yesterday (4th) was my dil's birthday too. We'll see her tonight when we plan to drive through a huge Christmas light display at the park near their house in St Louis.
I'm still going to the chiro 3x a week, icing my back daily, and being frustrated that I can't walk for more than 20 min or so without sitting down...but these things take time...my dh is helping out so much with shopping, cooking, etc.
Still trying to change my siggy in ivillage. Will test it now.

Ben turned 3 today, though he wants to insist he's just 2. Oh well, that's my contrary guy, saying and doing things differently than you want. ;)
I took him to playgroup this morning and we stayed almost 3 hours, a long time for me not to be cleaning and getting things done at home! We also had a quick library visit before supper at McDonald's, then cake at home and new Play-Doh fun.

I took Tim out this morning to shop for Ben's birthday presents, and we ended up at the tire shop getting a flat off and a new tire on. Oy. We did get our shopping done before lunch, though, and then hurried home for food. I need to start eating bigger snacks 'cause I was shaking while putting together easy wrap sandwiches...
Later we'll make birthday cake. One set of grandparents is coming tomorrow afternoon for a visit, then I'll make sure Ben has a fun time Monday while Hubby's at work and Tim is at school. (Playgroup in the morning, something fun for lunch, etc.)
I'm hoping we'll be over our cold pretty soon. Mostly just fatigue for all and some coughing from the kids, but it's keeping us close to home for the weekend. My parents will fit in a makeup birthday visit later in the month so my mum doesn't get really sick from our germs.
