If you haven't done it yet, set your clocks back one hour. We've fallen back! ;)

For those with kids, did you employ any strategies to get them through the change? How did it all work out?

Do you find time changes are easy to deal with or do you feel off-kilter for a day or more? Do you think we need daylight savings in this modern age where practically everything is 24-7?

I think the boys did pretty well with the time change. Ben was able to stay up 30 mins later last night and Tim was up for an extra hour. Ben wanted to get up quite early, so he had a little playtime in the crib, then a drink and snack before he slept a bit more. Tim was only ready to get up a half-hour before I wanted. :) We ended up getting up at 7, our normal wake-up hour. Guess that means my strategy worked fairly well!

Had no trouble with bedtime tonight, so hopefully tomorrow morning goes smoothly. :)

I usually don't have trouble with time changes, but I'm not sure they're really needed now, at least as far north as I live... ;)
