Had coffee with my gal friends...and then did errands with hubby...We went to a local bar and had a wonderful fish sandwich for supper...

Tomorrow going to have lunch with two cousins...and gab the afternoon away!

I saw that earlier, but was called away from the computer before posting.

How about we use this thread to chat about our Friday instead? ;) I've been home with a cold, only going out this morning to fetch NeoCitran. Haven't had it since I was a kid, but I think it's one of the reasons I'm feeling more human now. Strong taste, but worth it! :)

I watched "Nanny McPhee" for the first time today. Not too bad, makes me want to check out the Nurse Matilda books.

I might watch "Aisha" tonight, a movie from India that's supposed to be another modern take on Emma. Tomorrow's plan is for Hubby and I to watch "Breaking Dawn" together. I warned him in case he wanted to skip it, but he said I might be scared by the vampires, so he should watch it with me. LOL I look forward to a little date and hope the movie is good, though we will be mocking any sparkly vampire scenes. ;)

Hey Becca, sorry you have a cold. My SIL just took both my boys overnight, so it's just me DH, and DD. I told him to pick us up a chick flick! It's a 3 day weekend here, President's Day on Monday. That will be nice.

I made Chicken Enchiladas yesterday and we hardly ate any, so that's what's for dinner tonight. And Girl Scout cookies for dessert. They are selling them EVERYWHERE!

Still reading "The Death Cure" getting close to the end.

Sounds like two great days in a row! :)

Once I got the subtitles working, my movie choice seemed pretty good. Still like the Gwyneth Paltrow "Emma" and "Clueless" better, but I've had over ten years of watching those and loving them. ;)

Tomorrow I hope to read if my cold backs off a bit. (Tonight it feels like the NeoCitran is chasing it away. Yay!) I had our library books renewed so they wouldn't be overdue, but maybe we'll all feel like going for new ones by Sunday.

Hope your boys have fun away from home and you got a good girly movie for the evening. Have a great long weekend!

Hope your kiddos are feeling better!

I need to do some grocery shopping and I'm feeling good so far, but will probably be a bit tired after the trip because I don't expect to have my normal energy yet. Dinner is either homemade pizza or... something else! ;)
