So far we're having a quiet day at home. Started with a lazy morning with all of us in PJs till after snacktime. While the kids ate their snack I started on some cleaning - dishes, laundry (oops, that has to go in the dryer...) and sweeping. Then I listed the infant car seat on a local Facebook group and had Ben cuddling on my lap while I caught up on status updates. I must get down to writing after we're all done lunch!

Not sure who's in charge of dinner tonight - Hubby's been cooking a bit on his days off - but I do have a plan of hamburgers if needed (though I may need to zip out for the meat and any toppings we don't have on hand).

Tonight I'm hoping to write a bit extra and maybe I'll finally get to listen to The Message Amped, a Saturday-night radio show with harder Christian rock than is normally played on the channel.

Last night we watched "The Last Airbender" so today were are watching a whole ton of episodes of the cartoon "Avatar:The Last Airbender" on Netflix. We have seen them before but it's fun to watch them all in a row.

The only thing I've gotten done is a bunch of laundry. It has been pouring rain all day.

Tonight we have an early potluck type Thanksgiving dinner with a bunch of friends.

I worked today & DH planned to grill chicken, but the weather turned rainy & windy, so he opted out.

What did you think of the movie? I was going to watch the first episode of the show, but Netflix was too slow with streaming to us that night and I've forgotten to go back to it. I heard the movie was awful in comparison, but I wondered if the reviewers were being too picky. LOL

Got my writing done with a little extra. I'm at 33,500 now. :) I had most of it done this afternoon! Yay!

Made the hamburgers today and they turned out really well. I think I've finally figured out how to make nice patties with good flavour. I even fried a small onion as an added treat. And tomorrow Hubby will make cabbage rolls (and I hope some Pillsbury crescents as well). Did more dishes after supper so the kitchen will be pretty clean for him and I can possibly skip dishes for a day. ;)

Have one load of laundry to sort and another in the dryer at the moment. No radio tonight because we're starting to watch the Harry Potter movies in anticipation of seeing the 7th sometime soon. (Next weekend or the one after. Must contact my mum to see if she'd be available for babysitting if MIL isn't. My parents usually see the boys more than MIL, so we offer the babysitting to her first.)

Wonder if I'll feel good enough for church tomorrow and if Hubby wants to hang out with Ben so we don't have to worry about him being parent-less during the sermon when all the kids go downstairs... Can't think what else to do besides writing.

Becca, we were pretty avid followers of the cartoon, so to us the movie wasn't very good. The cartoons are excellent, if you get a chance, watch them starting with Season 1. There are 3 "books" or seasons.
