Ben was sick at suppertime two days in a row. No other signs of sickness and we can't think of anything he might have eaten that would cause him to be sick while no one else is. Hopefully there won't be a repeat tomorrow.
Not much happening on my Wednesday to-do list besides cleaning and organising. I did get started on the BOTM this evening. :)
Hubby's going to take the dog to the vet tomorrow - he's favouring one leg and there's also a bump on his back. Poor doggy!
Back to the weekday routine yesterday, with an addition to the busyness - a book club of church ladies who are all reading Learn the Bible in 24 Hours. It was fun to chat with them about the contents of a couple chapters, and Ben had a boy to play with from his Sunday school class. :)
Today, preschool was cancelled, so we ran a couple errands and Ben decided to take a short car nap before going to a drop-in playgroup at Tim's school. After lunch I prepared apple pie bread, which will hopefully be done soon. It needs to cool and set before slicing, so it's a loaf that takes quite a bit of time, but should be really yummy if memory serves. (I don't think I had my apple slicer and food processor when I made it previously, so it took even longer and it makes sense that I would forget all about that recipe until today...)
I'm listening to Saturday's Message Amped show (hooray for Sirius On Demand!) and should get started on the Christmas Thank You notes. (Time is flying this month!) Then I'm making Italian Ground Beef for supper, a browned-beef veggie mix. :)
