How's your Monday going? Busy? Or are you taking it easy?

Whew, too busy for me! ;) It does make the relaxing time all that sweeter, though. :)

Don't have one of those, just the cables. They were an important car accessory last winter until I bought a new battery!

The sky is looking nicer over here, so maybe we'll take that walk once the boys are done lunch!

It's slow... I'm having motivational problems. Just need a jump start, I think!

My Monday is a slow-ish one so far - I'm getting things done, but trying not to rush about it. I was achy on Saturday and tired yesterday, so I want to ease into the week.

So far, I've done my devotions (at breakfast) and gave the boys a bath when they were done eating. (Should have given them a messier breakfast food since I was planning on cleaning them. LOL) Then I had a shower and cleaned the kitchen. Normally it gets cleaned up well after supper, but I had done a little baking before the boys went to bed and also had the bottom of the broiler pan to soak.

The dog's paws have needed a trim for a bit so they don't look so scruffy. I decided to tackle that with daylight rather than leaving it till night and insufficient lamp lighting. My good doggie stayed in his bed and gratefully accepted the low-cal kibble I use as treats when grooming. I swept up afterwards, first in that room and then everywhere else. (Well, I missed the entryway, but I'll get that next time I've got the broom out.)

Now I'm not sure what to do next. It started snowing, so I don't really feel like taking the kids for a walk, even though this kind of weather shouldn't stop me. Maybe I'll catch up on last week's American Idol performance show (skipping to the songs only) and think about doing a blog post, too. I have a couple ideas for faith-related entries since I have a series called "What I Believe." I could also turn the Word to Ponder I've done here into a series there... I'm liking that I settled on a new title with "faith" in it because it prods me to think of ways to keep the blog about more than earthly topics. :)

Have a great day, ladies!
