1. What's the worst thing about your Monday?
Trying to get 3 kids to do their schoolwork, and DH is home sick.
We've seen the sun a bit today when I was expecting rain almost right away! I'm glad it's cooler here as well.
The boat and birthday party sound like fun! We stayed in, maybe conserving just a bit more energy to fight off the last of the cold that got us all? Hopefully next weekend will be partly out of the house and partly in, but all fun.
Your burgers sound yummy! I usually do chopped onions, but hadn't thought about how small. Must give that a go next time I make hamburgers. We're working our way through some fresh tomatoes as well. I hope we can grow our own next year!

I had a brief stint in the church nursery, too - there was a visiting preacher and he didn't send the kids for Sunday school, just dove right into his message when given the mic. My boys did great at first, then Tim started wandering from his seat, so I decided toys were in order. I could actually hear the message if I stood in the hall, but I decided I'd rather sit down with the kids. I read a couple Psalms, helped Ben with a puzzle and then it was time to go upstairs!
Great choice of verse! I need to print that out to read and absorb!
