Becca here! I'm not great at picking favourites 'cause I'm too indecisive, but I'm going to say Kermit rocks! (I was a Miss Piggy fan growing up. Not sure what that says about me. LOL)
I'm looking forward to (hopefully) doing a great job with National Novel Writing Month (so far I'm on target with the min. required words to hit 50,000 by the end of the month). Also trying to brainstorm for Christmas shopping already so I don't get behind with that, online gift exchanges, etc. And I get to pick out 1st birthday gifts for Ben (whose special day is Dec. 3rd)!
Other things happening this month, though not so exciting: follow-up appt with family doctor about my stomach acid issue (assuming it's not an ulcer, unless the blood test results still haven't come back from Vancouver), Tim's next speech appt, Tim and Ben seeing the pediatrician, and... flu shots!
I had to get The Monster at the End of this Book when Tim was still a little young for the amount of words in the book. Hubby didn't know what the big fuss was about, but I think he enjoyed doing Grover's voice when Tim would want him to read it...
Staying home sounds good. Hope you get to go to the chili cook-off, too!
Jen here from beautiful Washington State. Oh my gosh I love Seasme Street. I have to say that Big Bird and Snufalupagus are my favorites. The muppets are great as well. I gotta love the chef muppet guy and Beaker.
