I finally got my kitchen all cleaned up yesterday!  Today I am going to do some catch up cleaning in the bathroom and living room.  I really, REALLY need to clean my mudroom as well. If I am ever going to get it turned into a dining room, I need to get moving.

That's a great way to solve the issue. I think I'll set aside one of our largest towels for that purpose.

Speaking of the kitty, we're going to go out for a birthday gift today. Probably some soft food for a nice birthday supper, too.

I have laundry to do and have already done a little tidying-up in case the ILs drop by for the spare laptop battery Hubby found them online. Otherwise, dishes and fun with the family. Maybe more reading, too, to finish a novella in an anthology.

Yes, the other baby did cooperate! We are having another granddaughter! Her name is going to be Haley. :smileyhappy:

Today is my granddaughter's 1st birthday! B made her an Elmo cupcake to dig into. She also made other creative fondant creations on the other cupcakes. We are getting ready to go and celebrate with her.
