Tell me about your church service and any lessons you learned, whether from worship, chatting with friends or today's sermon.
Ben's had a couple of bad nights in a row, so I might stay home this morning and just relax with the boys. Guess it depends whether Hubby wants to work on the plumbing (which needs to be updated to reduce our insurance deductible) 'cause he could also do the relaxing with the boys while I go to church... :)

Good Afternoon....Had a good sermon today....Had a guest minister from a church in the inner city that feeds people 5 nights a week....and our church is in partnership with the NP that provides the money for the meals....and they are doing a remodel on the 1929 kitchen to meet code.....and she was talking about Christians are the Salt to give others 'flavor'...but in order to get the flavor they(like salt) have to be in direct contect with what ever needs the flavor...It was a very good sermon....makes you think!

We need to think before we speak. Our words have the power to build up or tear down. Speak life into those around you!
I didn't make it to church, but I worked in the Children's Ministry. I head the story of the Good Samaritan. Funny thing is, I had just heard it the day before, at the Awana Games!! That is always a good story to make you think....
