Trying to find the name of a certain Christmas story for kids...

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to remember the name of a book my brother gave my son for Christmas, years ago. My son mentioned it the other day and how he would love to find the book for his kids, but neither of us can remember the name, so I thought maybe some of you here might be familiar with it.

It was a story of a young boy who was an angel in heaven, before the birth of Jesus. He wasn't a very good angel, being bored he was messy and noisy -- a typical young boy, really. He yearned for the box of treasures he'd collected as a child and feeling sorry for him, one of the elder angels got it for him. The story goes on until the birth of Christ , when the young angel presents baby Jesus the only thing he has to give, his beloved box of treasures.

I've racked my brains to remember the name of the book; I know it's something simple. I can remember that I always had a lump in my throat when reading it to my son. Any thoughts on what the title might be?

Hey, Bea, thanks for stopping by!

I found this page while looking for the book title: http://www.deals4dummies.com/2011/11/review-sweepstakes-the-littlest-angel-on-dvd-ends-1122/

I think the book you're looking for is called The Littlest Angel by Charles Tazewell. :D
