Very strange week...

I told you all in my birthday post that I had been sick all week. We just thought it was the stomach flu, and it was taking forever to go away. I did have a swollen spot on my upper leg/pelvis that kept getting bigger. I finally went to the dr. yesterday, and they sent me over to the ER. It turns out that swollen spot was an absess, and it was full of infection! I had to have it opened and the stuff taken out. It was causing all the sickness the whole week. It was very odd! I am so glad it is taken care of now, and that I can start healing up.

The main bummer is I can't work at my church's Easter services, there are 3, and I feel like I'm letting them down. Please pray for my fellow workers, that things go smoothly. Luckily SIL is cooking the whole dinner, so all I have to do is relax! That will be nice.

wonder what was the cause of the infection. Good thoughts for continued healing.

Yikes! I'm so glad the infection was caught early. I'll be praying that the services go well at your church. I don't think you're letting anyone down, just rest up and heal!
