My exercise plan is currently to use exercise videos indoors while the weather is cold.
I was definitely finding it challenging during the fall to get enough activity into our days. I do prefer to walk outdoors for exercise, but that isn't working out well when I only have one in the stroller and the other doesn't match a brisk pace just yet, so I've switched to something that I can manage! So far I put on one of the videos after the kids have eaten and are dressed. Then they can play as I get in my workout. There's one day a week that there isn't time, so I need to move the workout time to the afternoon and hope I don't forget!
I'm currently using a Leslie Sansone DVD with both a one-mile walk and a two-mile one. I like to do the two-mile, but if I'm not feeling well, I can use the easier pace to still get some activity. I hope to work up to the 3-mile sometime soon - right now I get to about 1.5 on that one and get tired, so I skip to the cool-down and stretching near the end.
I also have a disc with a few different workouts to try - intro bellydance and Zumba are the two I remember on there. I found Zumba a bit fast-paced when I tried that one initially, but maybe after the walking I'll be in better shape? The bellydance is just something fun but I wouldn't mind fun plus exercise. ;)
You've got a good routine there. I had my own cheapish elliptical before Ben was born, but I was too busy to use it, so it went to someone who had just worn out his elliptical!
These days, I'd love it if we had room in our house for a lower-end treadmill. I think that would be handy while watching TV in the evening or fitting in a workout after breakfast while listening to some upbeat music.
I need to have a night out approximately each week, partly for me and partly for the kids' benefit so they're not shocked and upset when we go out for the occasional office party. I was actually thinking of checking when Zumba is done here. I might do it in the New Year before church Bible study starts again, then again after that three-month period. :)
I had a really nice treadmill. But it was dangerous to have with the kids here. It would fold up when not in use to conserve space, but the kids were trying to climb it. When I would use it, the Julia would throw things on the belt to watch them fly off. Not safe when I'm jogging on there.
Did you have a place to store your treadmill until the kids are older? I've wondered how safe it would be if we managed to get a used treadmill. Sounds like we should wait at least a few years before looking for one.

I have been so busy, I haven't been getting in my workouts like I should.

I had a whole post written out yesterday, and my computer froze up and I lost it. GRRRRR.
