I just sat down to breakfast after getting my bread machine set to make whole wheat bread, yum yum. Oh, and it's garbage pickup day here, so I had to deal with that in case the trucks are out early. (I doubt that because we got some snow overnight, boo.)

I'm eating scrambled eggs and toast (from the last loaf of homemade bread) with applesauce for the fruit portion of the meal. I have orange pekoe steeping but also used up a little blueberry juice to take my vitamins.

I just finished eating Pork Potstickers with ginger sauce for lunch with Crystal Light Fruit Punch to drink.

Yum yum!

I'm drinking chamomile tea and I'm thinking about tortilla chips for my evening snack. Or maybe cereal with banana slices? Can't make up my mind!

I am just finishing up a poached egg on sourdough toast & my last cup of coffee. I need to jump in the shower & then I will have a cup of milk with my meds & vitamin.

BTW, I got a bread maker recently at the thrift shop, I haven't had one in years, but it has no instruction book or recipes. I'd love it if you guys could share a recipe that you use! Thanks!

I wonder if the recipes are similar for different brands of machines? What machine do you have? I might be able to find you the manual online...

Will be back later today with the white and whole wheat recipes I use for my Black & Decker.

Jaielyn, there are tons of bread recipes on the internet. I would google your particular machine, because they are all different. Mine never did the best job, so I finally gave up. :(

I bought a bag of navel oranges when we were at Safeway last (best produce among our grocery stores). Tim won't eat them but loves mandarins and clementines (like me, but I will occasionally slice an orange for myself). Ben and Hubby like the regular oranges as well.

On the subject of fibre, MIL did some grocery shopping WA (for cheaper prices) and brought back Splenda with fibre added. She gave us one bag of it, so I should start using that to sweeten my tea. Less need for the bran. ;)

I'm currently drinking the rest of the water I had while working out yesterday. I put water in the fridge for Hubby, but I prefer my bottles from the cupboard at room temp. Is that weird? I usually add flavour to the water, but when I'm working out I just need the hydration!

I eat bran flakes that are slightly sweetened, so they're not that bad.
