So what are everyone's plans for the weekend???
Later, we will go to the grocery store and then home to snuggle up with a movie.
I need to plant tulips before frost gets here! Might be as early as this evening, so I'm going to plant the half of the old flowerbed that I've managed to dig and weed, then move on to the other half and hope that I have till tomorrow evening...
After that, I have raking to do for a free yard waste pickup on the 22nd and 25th, but that gives all of next week to get bags filled. Once the leaves are off the ground, I'll probably mow for the last time this year.
What I'd really rather do: read! I started Daddy Long Legs 'cause it's a short book, and I'm loving it! Need to start the BOTM as well so we can have the discussion questions posted and I can send it on. (I've got a bubble envelope from the post office, so I'm ready, Jen, just need to read!)
Oh, Tas needs a bath as well. Almost forgot that.
And I'm not sure if I'll make it to church 'cause I've still got a cough bugging me a bit and I don't want to infect the elderly and young kids. I think it's almost been a month since I was there because of colds and coughs. :(
I guess I didn't really need the puzzle game I bought for my DS today, or the two cross-stitch projects (bookmark and coaster, though now I see neither has floss). Ah well, they can be my reward when my other to-dos are done! :)
That sounds like a great weekend!!!
Sounds like you have a bunch going on this weekend. Sorry that your cough is still bothering you. I hate those ones that linger for to long.
This weekend not much is going on. But since I don't have to work I just made myself a list on the computer of some of the stuff that needs to be done around the house. Like organizing the mud room and stuff like that. So I am going to try to battle one thing on the list a day.
Sunday is church of course and one of my most favorite local bands, called The Broken, are gonig to doing worship at our church. I can't wait. They are kindof a rock/metal type band, but so amazing and gifted!!
Since I didn't get the cold the guys had, I'm better off and should be grateful it's just been this week. Can't blame Hubby for wanting to be healthy already - it's been about a month!
Yay for lists! ;) Hope you are productive and it makes you feel good - I love the sense of accomplishment I get from checking things off a to-do list.
I wish I could be at your church. Rock and metal fan over here... :)
Today's to-dos: wash dishes, plant second bag of tulip bulbs. Short and sweet! Should leave me reading time!
I should sent you one of their CD's. I think I have an extra one laying around here somewhere as a matter of fact!!! :smileyvery-happy:
I haven't done anything on my BIG list of items to get done, but I did clean the kitchen and straighted up the front part of the house and am doing laundry.
Yesterday I went to Zumba, then we cleaned cars and then nothing much else all day. Today we went to church, came home and had lunch and then went to the corn maze/pumpkin patch and then out to dinner.
