I can't tell you how glad I am that it's the weekend. I have been SO busy all week. My dad came home from the rehab hospital today, I have been doing so much for my parents and now I can relax. Next week is going to be crazy because my kids' play is next weekend they have rehearsal EVERY DAY! I'm going to be running them back and forth, and helping get everything ready. But for now, I will take it easy!!!

What do you all have planned for the weekend?

I'm on poop duty this weekend - at Tim's pediatrician appt yesterday, a follow-up on his delayed speech, the doc felt "masses" in his stomach and gave instructions for laxatives. If the main problem has been dairy, we'll be flushing out his system and the non-dairy diet we've tried will be perfect. Hopefully it's not something else and we have to go through this again, though according to the instructions we have one more weekend of this. (Eww.)

Other than that, we're expecting MIL to drop off a dog for sitting for a few days - they're going to a vet college for the other dog, who's been skinny and a bit under the weather his whole life and no one knows why.

Looks like it may not be much of a relaxing Mother's Day, but I've already had reading time while everyone else napped this afternoon and a fast-food lunch, so it's not completely ordinary. ;)

Z & B picked out a great plant for the yard. It has pink flowers and online says it takes over, so we put it on the side of our shed in front of the bird feeder pole.

I got a rosebush today, so I have to decide where to put it. I'm not good at that, never had a yard to "decorate" this way. I think it may just go along the fence where there's quite a blank space.

A rosebush sounds so nice. I think along your fence would be a great place to plant it.

I had 4 rose plants along my fence, but sadly not enough sun for my plants there.
I have 3 left...had to take one out.
