Had to bring this cute teddy out again. :)

What are you reading this week?

Any plans for what you'll pick next?

I’m currently reading The Sorcerer in the North (John Flanagan) and just started Trial by Fire (Terri Blackstock).

Up next is Word of Honor (Terri Blackstock) to finish out the Newpointe 911 series.

You're making me want to finish that series in addition to the two I've got going. ;) I'm almost done the teen fantasy on my e-reader, but it had a low battery this morning so I also had time to read more of the Blackstock book. :)

It is very difficult not to get caught up in so many series! ;)

That is why I try to focus on one series at a time.  I don't want to get characters mixed up.  :)

So I intended on not reading any books for a week or so, and get caught up on my Bible and magazines.  But then my Unglued by Lisa Terkeurst finally came in.  I had been waiting months!  I am really enjoying it.  While I was at the library yesterday for the kiddos, I stumbled across two novels by Elizabeth Camden that looked really good.  So I picked up both of those, and will be starting The Lady of Bolton Hill within the next couple of days.  I am still 2 days behind on the Bible, so no fiction reading until I am caught up!  :)

Yay for Unglued! I may have gotten a good discount on the ebook, but I collect too many to remember. *Blush* Meanwhile I started the next Ranger's Apprentice novel when the fifth didn't wrap up, just ended abruptly. On to #6, at least to get started and see what comes next! The Terri Blackstock book is great so far and I'll likely want to finish it first. :)

I have a few Ruth Ann Nordin from freebie offers, so the name's familiar. Still haven't tried one - I have way too many freebies to keep up! ;)

I started Word of Honor (Terri Blackstock) yesterday. The beginning seemed familiar, but I'm not quite sure if I've read this one before. It's possible I read Books 1-3 when they were newer and then forgot the details. ;) I'm really enjoying the series this time around even though my internal editor does want to keep pointing out places the writing could be a tiny bit "tighter." (Less adverbs and "he/she said" seems to work for me, but I find suspense writers are great at pacing and I stop caring so much about that stuff. LOL)
