Good morning, Poets!

Went to see Marge Piercy at the Zeiterion last night; check her out:  I'm nearing the end of the grant cycle for the NB Cultural Council (at last), and it looks like the boards are back to normal.  Are you writing?  Post away!

Good morning, Pat! Thanks so much for sharing that link. I thought her biography was intensely fascinating... I have a couple of her books in my TBR stack and I just moved them up in line! It must have been awesome to attend one of her readings. I hope the last part of the grant cycle goes smoothly; that's a lot of work but so important! Got any special plans to unwind over the weekend?

You must have had an amazing experience seeing Marge Piercy. I've read several of her novels and I have her poetry book, Colors Passing Through Us, and I've liked everything o hers I've read.

I'm still trying to get used to writing on the laptop my daughter-in-law gave me. The Dell is pretty new, but it keeps moving words around. The cursor probably moves when my hand moves over the pad, and it's very frustrating.  I may get used to it eventually.

What have you been writing?

Piercy sounds like a very interesting writer. I'm so not informed anymore. Hope end of cycle means a wonderful grant to assist with your very worthy art. Your rewards should come with financial ease of burden in addition to the honored event engagements and publications.
Embrace change.
