Les Miserables?

Is anyone planning on seeing this over the holidays, I believe it opens on Christmas Day?  I'm a bit torn because I'm worried the singing won't be on par with Broadway voices.  It's one of my favorite musicals, and you always worried that a movie won't live up to the hype.  I hope I'll be pleasantly surprised though.  At least some of the casting is good, and trailers look really good visually.
