Movies in conversation.....

Do you sprinkle your everyday conversations with movie quotes? If you do, is there one particular movie you draw from? What are some of your favorites?

I do all the time. Even if I don't actually say it, I'm often thinking of a line from a movie during conversations. My dd (lumia77, in case you couldn't tell), also uses quotes a lot, more than I do, I think! It's sometimes like a real live trivia game, listening to the two of us, LOL! (And it makes it a little tough for me to think of quotes she won't immediately know, too!) But she'd have to tell you if there is a favorite she draws from.

I think the movie I quote most from, is Monty Python and the Holy Grail. There are just so many opportunities to use lines from it! And my dh is just as bad, at least with that movie! If one of us, or even someone on tv, says anything resembling "newt", one of us will usually say "A newt?" and the other just has to say "I got better", LOL! ....I guess you've got to be there, hee hee!
