Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star
TV child star of the '70s, Dickie Roberts is now 35 and parking cars. Craving to regain the spotlight, he auditions for a role of a normal guy, but the director quickly sees he is anything but normal. Desperate to win the part, Dickie hires a family to help him replay his childhood and assume the identity of an average, everyday kid.
Starring David Spade, Scott Terra, Craig Bierko, Danny Bonaduce, Jenna Boyd
Genre: Comedy - Rated PG13
A young conflicted priest helps a female detective who is investigating the case of a murdered French ambassador, whose corpse was covered with mysterious religious symbols written in Aramaic. It seems that the ambassador's murder may be the work of members of the last of an ancient Christian order--existing outside of the Catholic Church--who are called the Sin Eaters. In their religious order, by way of an ancient figure who plays God, they claim to absolve the guilty of their sins--except there's one catch: the absolution is fatal.
Starring Heath Ledger, Shannyn Sossamon, Mark Addy, Peter Weller, Benno Furmann
Genre: Thriller - Rated R
