Has anyone seen this movie? I watched it last night and kept falling asleep. I'm not a big Stephen King fan but I don't think this movie was very suspenseful. Is that common when his books go to film? It was pretty predictable and to me very lacking.

I saw this and liked it. But I am a Stephen King fan to begin with. And there aren't many of his movies that transfer well to movies. They don't seem to stick to the book or something. Or leave parts out that I think would have made a better movie to go into. Dreamcatcher comes to mind. They skimmed over the parts of the book I liked most.

I liked in Secret Window how you thought one thing - that the man was being harrassed by that strange man - and it turned out to be his own imagination. And all the things "the man" did, were really done by the author.

I also really enjoyed this film. I thought that it was imaginative and the dialogue was outstanding, very good dark humor!

I agree. I recently watched it again for the 2nd time. I think Johnny Depp did an outstanding job.

By the way, have you all heard the rumor that they are remaking Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory? A movie I could never watch all the way through...too 70's or something. :) But guess who is suppose to be playing the main character this time??
