Someone please HELP.....

There is a scene from a movie that I have had stuck in my head FOREVER. The problem is I have no clue what movie it is. I do not even know if it is a live action movie or animation. So here is the scene and someone PLEASE tell me what movie....

There is about to be a shoot out and the sheriff is telling everyone where to stand. He tells one guy to stand either on the roof or the balcony. He then says to this guy something like "and for crying out loud if you get shot, just don't fall over. Put some effort into it"
