Walked out of Transformers 2

I really liked Transformers 1, which I saw on TV on the movie channel. However when I saw Transformers 2 in the theatre it was terrible. The story was very thin, which was ok as I didn't expect much. The actual movie was so loud that even with my ears plugged it was too loud.
I was looking at my watch more than the movie and couldn't sit there to see what would happen next, because I didn't care. Too bad I sat through a whole hour because it was too late for a refund.
Also, the sexy scenes were too much, imho as well. Transformers, Hasbro, toys? I'm thinking it would be a good movie for young boys but showing girls' panties as they climb on the boy or motorcycle is not appropriate for them. There's even a tie-in with toys from Burger King. It's sad.

Sorry I don't agree with you!!! My daughter and I saw and I loved it!!!! Our rating was PG -- parental guidance.
I saw it with my brother, sister, brother-in-law and nephew and we all enjoyed it.
However, I have a friend that has a 10 yr old and I told her about the sex(y) scenes as I didn't think it would be appropriate for a 10 yr old.

Glad you liked it. It could be that the theatre we went to is very very loud in general. We been to other movies since at other theatres and they've been fine. I'm going to avoid this one place from now on. Or like you say, write/call and complain.
This movie with a toy tie-in is probably one that parents of young kids would assume is good fun but those suggestive scenes did not sit right with me. If I were either of the actresses climbing aboard the guy with my panties sticking out into the camera, I'd be reluctant to do it thinking kids under 10 would be watching it.
